I love this place. Have been coming for a few years and although their breakfast selection is ample and everything looks delicious, I always order the cinnamon pancakes. They are so delicious. My mouth waters as soon as they are left on my table. You really can't get these anywhere (trust me I've ordered them elsewhere and was disappointed). I now live in SD but when I visit my mom, we make it a point to stay overnight so I can go have these the next morning before driving back.

Definitely a family favorite! Nothing like having brunch in the middle of a beautiful watching the wildlife, especially the large variety of birds. Wish I could remember the name of our server. She was amazing! So attentive!. Perfect if you have a dog as it's an outdoor environment. Perfect if you have kids. There's a beautiful walking path around the park that is always nice to take a stroll either before or after eating. We got an extra treat and we're able to view a small owl family up in the trees near the library.

Nice outdoor cafe that is dog friendly. Good breakfast menu items. Also serves lunch items. Not open for dinner. I had the bacon jam hamburger (photo) that was very tasty. Would have been better if the requested medium meat paddy was not well done (dry). Breakfast items were well prepared. Pictured is the lumberjack breakfast plate.

Park Bench Cafe is an amazing spot for breakfast food, nestled in Huntington Central Park. The outdoor seating is great for enjoying some good food after a nice leisurely stroll through nature on a beautiful day. A big bonus of this spot is how dog friendly they are. They even have "Canine Cuisine" listed on the menu. Its the perfect spot for dog parents to enjoy relaxed service. The Morning Cristo is a must order. Its basically a Monte Cristo that is breaded to be like a French Toast fusion. It has a nice balance of sweet and savory. On my most recent visit, I ordered the Sunrise Sandwich with the half order of Biscuit and Gravy. The sandwich was nice and refreshing while still containing the savory aspect of breakfast that I enjoy. The biscuit and gravy had my perfect gravy to biscuit ratio. Another notable mention is the Home Fries. They are always so crispy and hit the spot every time.

For anyone who has been here you know parking is limited so i ended up parking on the other side of the park but I really enjoyed going for a nice walk through the park and when I got to the host they were very busy but they let me known they do have a to-go window so I ordered a delicious strawberry smoothie that tasted so fresh and real and I went on with my walk. Great spot I would highly recommend coming and if you can’t find parking like me park on the other side and enjoy this beautiful park before getting to the cafe. Bring your fur babies it’s a Very pet friendly cafe and park.
